Every party works on the same record. Nothing final is overwritten; each step adds a sealed layer on top of the last.
The supplier drafts the transport document from the order it already holds: B/L, sea waybill, AWB, CMR, CIM/SMGS, FIATA FBL or TIR carnet.
The consignee asks for changes on individual fields, not on a whole PDF. The request sits on the box it concerns, with the reason beside it.
Approval freezes the revision and seals it with SHA-256. Drafting and approving stay with different organizations, so nobody signs off their own work.
The issued document is cryptographically signed and carries a verification link that anyone entitled to rely on it can check in seconds.
One packet goes to the customs broker and, where a letter of credit exists, to the bank. Everyone holds the same version.
Product
TraxLoop puts orders, shipments, transport and trade documents, customs, trade finance and carrier tracking on one tamper-evident record that every party shares. Each organization works from the same facts in its own language, and every final document can be verified in seconds.
Milestones from 24 carrier connectors, including container lines, air cargo, express and postal networks, on one timeline across sea, air, rail and road.
Drafted together, reviewed field by field, approved by the other party and issued as frozen revisions: B/L, air waybill, CMR, CIM, SMGS, FIATA FBL and TIR.
Invoices, packing lists and manifests built from the shipment, checked against each other and sealed before they reach a bank or a border.
A signed QR code on every final document lets a bank, a customs officer or a warehouse confirm in seconds that it is genuine and current.
Customs and police scan a driver’s papers and the container seal from a phone, and TraxLoop compares them with what was issued.
Every change after booking is a formal request with a published fee, decided on the record and written to the audit trail.
Standards-based exchange with carriers, customs and ERP systems: DCSA, IATA ONE Record, UN/CEFACT invoices, a lossless JSON format and CSV.
Twelve types of organization share one shipment, and each sees only what its role and its part in the shipment entitle it to see.
AI-assisted translation drafts trade-document text today, reviewed by a person before locking. Risk and anomaly insight across the shipment record is on the roadmap.
